At Connell’s, we hire an independent company to conduct a weekly customer satisfaction survey after every purchase. Our customers are asked to rate us on a scale of 1 – 10 on “How likely are you to recommend Connell’s Furniture to family and friends.” Experts have discovered that this question can produce a clear measure of a company’s performance and its overall customer satisfaction.
In addition, our customers are asked the following question in correspondence with their rating of Connell’s overall service:
- If the answer to the question is 9 or 10: “What made this such a great experience for you?”
- If the answer to the question is 7 or 8: “What could Connell’s Furniture do to improve your experience?”
- If the answer to the question is 6 or below: “Connell’s Furniture assumes your experience was less than perfect. Would it be alright for one of our managers to call you?”
